If you missed first revision of courses, you can do second revision. If you did not also do second revision, then KUCCPS will place you in any of your preferred choices that you selected in your application in secondary school. If you do not meet the minimum entry requirements of the courses that you selected then KUCCPS will place you in any of the unfilled programmes.
If you were placed by KUCCPS, you failed to report and you did not write to your institution of placement to defer your studies, then the only option you have is to apply as a private sponsored student. You cannot apply for KUCCPS placement twice.

No, it will not be used. It will still remain in your school fees account. The best thing to do is to visit your school account's office for clarification and account update.
