You are not required to apply gain when your first HELB application is rejected. What you need to do is to apply for appeal when the appeal application is open.
Once you have submitted the application form, you cannot submit another one and you cannot edit the details. The only option you have is to contact HELB via 0711052000 or contactcentre@helb.co.ke and request for change of details.
You will first have to wait and see whether you have qualified for a loan and scholarship and them determine the remaining amount of fee that you are supposed to pay.
