KUCCPS does not allow you to do inter institution transfer if you have finished more than one semester after placement.
As of the time of posting this response, what is now left for KUCCPS 2022 placement is inter-institution transfer. That is if you want to transfer a course from one institution to another. If you want to change course within the same institution, then visit the admission office of the institution where you were placed (within the first two weeks of admission).
If you accidentally use the wrong email during HELB application, you can change the email by writing to HELB for amendment of account details. Follow the account amendment procedure that we have published on this answer.
