Why us that part of constituency not opening?

On the iebc temporary jobs application,, the whole process is going well but that part of constituency is not opening,,,, why?  Kindly help.

You must select the county first for the constituency selection options to appear. And for the ward selection options to be clickable, you must select constituency.
