If you missed HELB Loan disbursement and it was your first time application, then it means you application was accepted. You need to appeal when application for appeal are open.
HELB loan application for first time applicants will be open after placement of KCSE 2021 students by KUCCPS has been completed. You can check Kenyayote News for KUCCPS 2021 placement updates.
HELB has not provided any date when 2021 appeal applications will be open. We will however update this question with a comment when HELB loan appeal application is open and you will be notified via email if you added your email when asking the question.
