Are 2019 cut off points used for 2020/2021 revision of courses?

Are 2019 cut off points used for 2020 revision of courses

Yes, previous year of KCSE cut-off  points are the one used for the current year of KUCCPS revision. Since KCSE which was done is 2021 is for KCSE 2020 then the cut-off points for the previous year that will be used are for 2019.
