If you want to do a computer science course under government-sponsored program then it is not possible to get one. You might want to consider Bachelor of Science in Information Technology as the content is almost the same.
When you say Biological course, are you referring to Biological sciences? If yes, then all Biological Siences courses require that you have alteast C (plain) in Mathematics. You might want to consider Social Sciences, Media Studies, Fine Arts, etc.
