No, your phone number must be registered under your name. When registering, HELB will deduct ksh. 1 from your Mpesa account to verify whether the Mpesa Names Match with your application name.

One of the requirements of applying for HELB is that you must have an ID. If you have an ID, then you should register a line under your name.
