These days KUCCPS does not require students to writer a letter to the CEO requesting for inter institution transfer. The transfer process is done online via KUCCPS student portal. You are only required to provide a valid reason for transfer. For instance if you are transferring because of a medical condition then you will be required to upload a medical report from your hospital for justification.
