What happens if a motor vehicle I sold is not transferred?

Somebody purchased a car from me years ago and I have realized that the buyer did transfer, and the car has again been sold to another person. My NTSA TIMS account shows that I own the car.

If the car is found to be involved in any criminal dealings CID will come for you. The best thing to do is to go to NTSA Upper Hill offices and deliver a written statement showing that the car does not belong to you, and you will not be held responsible if anything happens.

Remain with a copy of the delivered statement stamped by NTSA acknowledging that they received your statement.
