Where does helb disburse the loan for selfsponsored TVET students?

I am a selfsponsored student in  tvet  and i wanted to know if  helb loans for selfsponsored tvet students are disbursed directly to the institution or to the student account

HELB only provides loans to students in approved TVET institutions.  Some amount is disbursed to the student's account while the rest goes to the school fees account. We have mentioned the specific amount on this page.
