What should I do if the institutions are n ot showing up on the helb portal

As I'm updating my profile when I reach step 4 which is institution part ,  now when I try to select my institution the institutions are not showing up and they give an option to such but even when I such the response is " no results found"" now I can't complete my profile update because of this issue , I need help
