kuccps endorsement delay

But my releasing school has not responded to my endorsement within the due time which means it has been denied and has been sent to review by kuccps. But the receiving institution has accepted my application. What do I do in this situation?

Most learning institutions have websites, please get the contact of the releasing university or college from their website and request them to hasten the process. Let them know that their delay is affecting the transfer.
