What will I do because the email account that I provided I don't have it for now

The email that I provided is the one which I was given by the school and for now it is not active

If the email you provided during HELB loan registration is not active or you cannot access it, you need to send an email to helb and request for change of account details. Follow the procedure provided in this answer.
