I am applying helb and my mom's name in my birth cert and her Id dont match .what can i do

I am applying helb and when i insert my mom's details keeps saying they do not match.The spelling of her name in my birth cert and in her id are different .please help

Use your mother's correct names that the portal can accept. Later you might be required to have an affidavit confirming that your mother made changes to her name.
