If one isn't eligible for online university transfer what should the applicant do?

Like mine is stating that I'm not eligible for online inter university transfer what should I do?

If you are not eligible for transfer then you have no other choice but to stick with the course that you were initially placed by KUCCPS. Alternatively, if you can afford private university fees, apply for a different course as a private student.
