Wanted To Find Out If Felix Is A Genuine Helb Agent.

The above named person claims to work with Helb. he often requests i send him the text from helb as soon as i have paid. Is there a way i can confirm if he is really from helb.

HELB does not have any agents.  It is advisable to visit HELB Desk in Huduma center if you have  inquiries or contact HELB using phone number 0711052000 or email contactcentre@helb.co.ke.
