"Kindly revise and make new choices for placement " What does that mean?

I applied for the courses I wanted and I met all the minimum requirements. I opened the portal on the dashboard and it says "Kindly revise and make new choices for placement." . What does that mean?

The message means that you have not placed. You need to apply for courses again in second revision.

Or that hasn't been announced yet ??

The second revision was announced and now the window period for the second has been closed.
