There are many types of Mpesa theft cases. It will be good to specify whether it is Mpesa agent theft case or an individual Mpesa account theft case. If it is an issue to do with agent sim card swapping then you can email Safaricom through mpesaagentadmin@Safaricom.co.ke and they will take action. They will suspend the agent to the dealer's account for investigation.
