It is not possible to download KCSE results online. What is available online is only the entire school results and can only be accessed by the school head.
Your question is not clear. If you have your KCSE certificate then your index number is on your KCSE certificate. Results slips are irrelevant if you have your KCSE certificate.
KCSE results slips are not available online. KNEC does not also issue a copy of the KCSE result slip. The only option you have if you have not cleared your fee is to negotiate with your secondary school principal.

If you can't remember your index number then go to your high school and let them identify your index number for you. Ask them to write a recommendation letter for you and use the procedure below to apply for replacement.
