Expired stage or status in eCitizen good conduct application means that the application has expired and you need to make another application. You will be required to pay again for the new application.
CID recently made changes to the period it takes for the certificate of good conduct to expire from 12 months to 6 months.
Refunds
If you log in to eCitzen portal and your Police Clearance Certificate stage reads expired then you cannot be refunded for the payment you made for the expired application.
