Can HELB loan be sent to Mpesa account?

I preffered my loan to be sent via mpesa rather than bank account but my disbursement took place 2weeks ago but I have receive my loan what might be the reason??

Kindly note that HELB loan is disbursed to a bank account, not mpesa account. All you need is to open a bank account, once you receive the loan in your bank account, you can transfer it to your mpesa account without visiting the bank.
