When are the helb forms taken to Nairobi from Kisumu huduma centre

Am trying to chech my helb loan status but am told I don't have any loans, so I can't understand

Once you submit your HELB loan application form in any Huduma center, they are collected and taken to HELB offices in Nairobi. You will be able to see your loan once it has been disbursed.
