Course selection you made in school is not called revision of courses. Therefore, you are required to do first revision of courses using KUCCPS Student portal, that is whether you made your course selection in school or not.
If you made your application in first revision and you have successfully been placed to a course of your choice, then you do not need to do KUCCPS second revision of courses. Second revision is only for applicants who were not placed after first revision.
There are no dates provided on when second placement will take place. But it has to be after the completion of second placement.
You do not have to manually submit HELB loan application forms (now HEF). All the required details should be submitted online.
HELB requires you to fill out all the forms manually and have them signed. Therefore, HELB has online and offline parts.
