I need to sub divide a piece of land that I own. How do I apply for sub division?

To sub divide a piece of land that you own in Kenya, then visit your county governments’ department of Physical planning with a scheme plan prepared by registered planner, PPA form, notice of publication, certification of the title, and Consent form Land Control Board/ CLMB.

All the documents and form mentioned above can be obtained from the County land's office. The cost is Ksh. 200 per plots for less than 10 plots
