To pay your Vooma loan via Mpesa, you need to deposit money from your Mpesa account to your KCB account then pay via Bank using the procedure below. That is the only option you have of using Mpesa.

How to repay Vooma loan

  • Dial *522#
  • Select option 6 which is Loans and Savings
  • Then 1, Vooma Loan
  • Loan Repayment
  • Select either Bank or Wallet
  • Enter amount

NOTE: To deposit money from Mpesa to your KCB bank account, then use KCB Mpesa PayBill Number: 522522  and Account no: your KCB Bank Account Number.

Hi am Isdorah I have tried paying the loan via the mobile App *522#  but in vain , when I check my account balance I still have the same amount , what could be the problem
