To check safaricom home fibre network status, open your web browser while connected to Home Fibre Wi-Fi, then type https://192.168.100.1 and login with admin details. Click Home Page to check network connection status. If it reads Normal then everything is okay from Safariom's side
If you internet is down or you need a connection then you can contact Safaricom Home Fibre for free through phone number 400.
To change Safaricom Home Fibre plan, dial *400# > Change Plan > Confirm Change of Plan > Choose the new plan you want to upgrade or downgrade to You will start paying subscription fee for the new plan once the current one expires
To reset safaricom home fibre password, access your browser using Safaricom Home Fibre Wi-Fi (only), then type https://192.168.100.1 , login with admin password and username. Click on Wi-Fi configuration to change Wi-Fi name or password. If you try to access 92.168.100.1 on another network other than home fibre, the URL will not load.
