What to do if I didn't receive my KCSE certificate?

Help me to get my KCSE certificate of 2014

KCSE certificates are normally sent to your secondary school after the release of KCSE examinations. If your certificate was not sent to your secondary, then you need to visit your secondary school and get a letter from the school principal and then visit KNEC Headquarters to have the issue sorted. 

If you lost the certificate, apply only via KNEC QMIS Portal for replacement.

Did you apply online? If you submitted your application online via HEF portal, then manual submission of forms was not required.
