Can I get an inter institutional transfer letter from kuccps main office now?

Did you apply for a transfer before the deadline? If you did not apply, then you cannot transfer now. If you applied for niter institution transfer before the deadline and you did not receive the transfer letter, then you can contact KUCCPS (Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service), and they will issue you with one.
