Only students who were placed by KUCCPS this year can apply for inter institution transfer. Previous year students are not eligible for transfer.
You can only apply for government sponsored for a course that you meet its KCSE requirements. Therefore, you cannot graduate with diploma under government sponsored and then apply for degree course under government sponsored.
This is not possible. Previous year students who need to transfer are required to provide their transcripts. The only option you have is to visit your University of placement and request them to allow you to be admitted with incoming first years.
Inter institution transfer is only for students who were placed by kuccps in the current year. In this case it is 2021. Therefore, you cannot apply for inter institution transfer.
