how can i attach my bank account details in my helb application form?

in HELB Loan by
having registered for helb application i came to realize that my bank account details were not filled in the form.how can i do to attach the bank details into the form?

If you have already submitted your form then visit Huduma Center (HELB Desk) with a copy of your ATM Card and National ID to have your bank account details submitted.
