A certificate of good conduct takes a minimum of 3 weeks to be ready for collection after you have taken your fingerprints/biometrics. The only way to make the process faster is to check if there are spaces available at the CID office and book it as the location for fingerprint-taking and collection. Unfortunately, if you have a job and they need the original certificate of good conduct immediately, then there is nothing you can do to hasten the process. Some companies do accept application invoices as you wait for the certificate to be ready.
Unfortunately, there is no way Huduma Centre can hasten the process. Your fingerprints have to be processed by DCI who is the cause of the delays, not Huduma Centre.
Once Huduma Number cards are ready for the place of Birth County you selected during registration, you will receive a text message (sms) with a link which you are supposed to click and select place of collection. Later, you will receive another sms to collect your huduma number card for the place you had selected. For more information, you can contact Huduma Namba through 0800221111
If your NHIF account is active, all you need is to visit the NHIF office with your ID, and the card will be printed and issued to you.
