Jiji sometimes requires sellers to upload a national ID to verify their identity or unblock their profile. Your profile may be blocked due to suspicious activity or complaints from customers. However, during registration, an ID is not required.
UPDATE: In order to get your identity verified, you need to upload your ID. If your ID is rejected then you can contact Jiji for help.
To replace your national ID card picture, then return the ID to your application station for amendment or visit the DOs Office for assistance near you area for assistance.
