Book for Huduma Center appointment and visit Huduma Center NTSA desk for Biometrics taking. They will not have any problem with you so long as you have an huduma appointment.
If you missed your appointment, then book another appointment date with Huduma Center and go get your Biometric taken. That is all. There is now way you can book another date via NTSA TIMS. But so long as you have Huduma Center appointment then they will not refuse to take your Biometrics.

You can replace your lost Smar Driving License by applying for a duplicate DL via the NTSA TIMS portal. You will be required to have a police abstract. It will cost you Ksh 3050 to replace a lost smart DL.
Currently it is not possible as you will get an error that you have a pending application. NTSA has promised to rectify the problem. Before they rectify, the only option you have is to first apply for interim driving license then apply for Smart driving license (DL).
