The number of days it takes to approve a PDL depends on your driving school. Approval of Provisional Driving License (PDL) is the responsibility of your Driving School not NTSA. Contact your driving school for approval after you have made your application and paid on TIMS Portal.
If you want to change a course within the same University then visit the admission office and apply for a change of course. If the course you want to change to is in a different University and you were placed by KUCCPS, then you have to apply for inter-institution transfer.
If you are in your first semester, then it is likely that in your second semester, inter-institution transfer window will still be closed. If it happens that your second semester will start next year around September then you can apply for inter institution transfer using your transcripts.
