Is KMTC commitment of ksh. 10,000 part of school fees?

I am being asked to pay ksh. 10,000 as commitment fee, is it part of my school fees.

Yes, KMTC commitment fee is part of school fees. It is what is used to enroll you to KMTC. Commitment fee can be paid through KMTC mpesa paybill.

Only pay the commitment fee after you have received the admission letter or you have seen that the letter is available for download.
