You can only do kuccps inter institution transfer within the first year of your admission and you must produce your academic transcripts.
This is not possible. Previous year students who need to transfer are required to provide their transcripts. The only option you have is to visit your University of placement and request them to allow you to be admitted with incoming first years.
It is not possible to change your course after being placed. Change of course is only available during first revision of courses for new students.
That is not possible. You can only transfer institution in your first semester or term of learning. If you were admitted in 2015 or 2016 then you cannot transfer.
Inter institution transfer is only for students who were placed by kuccps in the current year. In this case it is 2021. Therefore, you cannot apply for inter institution transfer.
