If you had a negative listing and you have paid your loan and requested to be cleared from CRB, then it takes about 48 hours for your information to be updated.
Being on CRB is not a hindrance to getting a loan. You will only not get a loan if you have been negatively listed on CRB (that is if you defaulted and have not cleared any outstanding loan). You should not worry if you gave been positively listed on CRB.
A CRB negative listing means you are a loan defaulter and therefore most banks will not issue a loan to such borrowers. You need to clear you name from CRB negative listing to stand a chance of getting a bank loan.
