Yes, your application will still be accepted even if your account is inactive. What is needed are your bank account details. But why would you want to provide an inactive bank account? Just visit your bank's nearest branch with your national ID and activate your account or create a new one. Creating a new account is free these days. You will only be required to pay less than Ksh. 500 if you need a debit card.

If you are doing a diploma course in a TVET institution then 26,400 will go to the school bank account, and 13,600 will go to the student's bank account for both semesters. If you are not in a TVET institution then you need to clarify where you are studying.
