You cannot get a vehicle driving license in Kenya if you are under the age of 18 years. The only way to verify that you are not under 18 years is by producing a national ID. However, you can be given a driving license for motorcycles if you are not under 16 years. For matatu drivers, you must be over 24 years for your driving license to be endorsed.
Certificate of Good Conduct have to be renewed each year. You need to apply again for a new one. Just go to eCitizen portal and apply https://www.ecitizen.go.ke/. Then go to your nearest Huduma Center for finger print taking.
