To remove your spouse or dependant from NHIF account, you need to visit NHIF office near you area or Huduma Center (NHIF Desk) and fill the application form for amending details.
You can check whether your ID card is ready or not for collection by sending the waiting card number to 20031. If you do not get a response, then the only remaining option is to keep confirming at your application office.
Once your Huduma Number Card is ready, you will receive a message with a link which you are required to open and select you collection location.
You will not receive an sms if you did provide a valid Kenyan phone number during registration.
