Did you apply for a transfer before the deadline? If you did not apply, then you cannot transfer now. If you applied for niter institution transfer before the deadline and you did not receive the transfer letter, then you can contact KUCCPS (Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service), and they will issue you with one.
As of today, inter institution transfer portal is not open. We will send an email update to all our users to let them know when the portal is open for application.
Once your inter institution transfer is successful, you should expect the institution that you transferred to to issue admission letter and joining instructions to you.
Because others had a chance to do inter institution transfer during their year of application. Inter institution transfer is not a continuous process.
