If you received sms message from huduma namba to collect your Huduma Number Card then all you need is to present the sms message at your collection center and you will be issued with your card. No serial Number is required

Once Huduma Number cards are ready for the place of Birth County you selected during registration, you will receive a text message (sms) with a link which you are supposed to click and select place of collection. Huduma number cards are currently available for collection for Nairobi residents only. If you applied for Huduma Number Card in Nairobi then you can go to your area of application to check if yours is ready for collection.
