After printing, filling, signing, and attaching the required HELB Loan application documents for first time applicants, submit the forms to Huduma Center (HELB Desk) or if you are in Nairobi drop the form in HELB Offices located in Anniversary Towers (Mezzanine 1 floor).

Huduma Center (HELB Desk) is available in Bomet, Nairobi (GPO), Kitale, Migori, Bungoma, Kakamega, Kitui, Mombasa, Nyeri, Chuka, Lowdar, Muranga, Taita Taveta, Eldoret, Kericho, Machakos, Nakuru, Thika, Embu, Kilifi, Makueni, Nandi, West Pokot, Garissa, Kisumu, Meur, and Narok County.
