How does Safaricom Usamaria medical funding work?

I have a patient whose bill I cannot afford to pay. Can safaircom Usamaria pay for me

Usamaria is a safaricom initiative that provides medical funding, especially for cancer patients. However, they do only support local hospitals (mostly public) and they provide funding of upto ksh. 150,000 in terms of cheque.

You can request for medical funding form Usamaria by sending the patient's documents through email usamaria@safaricom.co.ke.

Be sure to provide all the required documents as evidence. For example official letter from the patient’s doctor, invoice of the bill from the hospital, amount you want, etc.

Usamaria committee will look at you case and communicate whether you qualify or not.
