What is C24 form?

I am being told to present C24 form to DCI to apply for certificate for good conduct. What is C24?

C24 is a form where you finger prints are taken. C24 form can be downloaded from eCitizen portal after making your application for police clearance certificate (Certificate of good conduct).

You are required to present the C24 form and payment invoice to Huduma Center (DCI desk) or DCI office for finger prints taking.

I was able to apply for my police clearance through the phone and due to returning to mpesa I lost the information about C24 form,kindly assist me on how I may retrieve it coz I have completed the payment
