It is not possible to download KCSE result slip online. However, you can apply for confirmation of results and they will be sent to the school you want to join within 2 weeks. Confirmation of results is done through QMIS KNEC portal: https://qmis.knec.ac.ke/
Your question is not clear. If you have your KCSE certificate then your index number is on your KCSE certificate. Results slips are irrelevant if you have your KCSE certificate.

Hillary you cannot get your result slip online. The only option you have is to clear your school fees or negotiate with your college head so that you can be paying the schools fees in installments.
