To replace a lost NHIF Card, pay Ksh. 100 to NHIF bank account (KCB or Equity) and go with the deposit slip to NHIF desk huduma center or NHIF Upper Hill office, Nairobi. Your new card will be printed.
If you have lost Mgas card, then you should contact customer care for replacement. You can contact Mgas customer care by telephone number 0800 721 148 or 0111 010 400 or email: customercare@mgas.ke.

To replace your lost NSSF card, visit any NSSF branch or Huduma Centre (NSSF Desk) with a copy of your ID for processing. NSSF card replacement costs Ksh. 200.
Once you register online for NHIF, wait for 60 days or until when you are entitled to be covered, then go to NHIF Upper Hill office if you are in Nairobi and they will print your NHIF card for free. Therefore, you do not need to apply for the card. The online NHIF registration is enough.
