How do i get KCB Vooma pin?

I activated kcb account and i did not get vooma pin how can i get it

To get Vooma pin, dial *844# follow the prompts.

To access a VOOMA loan, you need to have had an active KCB account that is linked to the mobile banking service and used the same for at least 6 months
