HELB says parents ID is invalid, what do i do?

Hello am Mary, I was applying for helb and I was almost done until the last step where it required me to fill in the details about my parents. My dad’s ID number is not being accepted. Please help.

Ensure that your parent’s names that you have filled in the application form are the same as those in the ID. If you have done so and are still getting invalid ID error message then Send a scan of the ID of your parent to contactcentre@helb.co.ke for further assistance or go to Huduma Center (HELB Desk) to have your details updated.
